The service

Cuewerk provides configurable browser widgets for streaming software. At launch, use is free: up to 20 widgets, one optionally connected Twitch channel and 100 MB of media storage per account. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Any future paid services require a separate decision from you.

Your account

Use an email address you can access and keep your password secure. Share widget links only when you want to grant access to their output. You can delete your account in settings at any time.

Your content and Twitch connection

You remain responsible for your text, media and stream content. Upload only files you have the necessary rights to use. For the duration of your use, you grant us the rights necessary to store, technically process and display your content.

Connect only your own Twitch channel. Twitch's terms also apply when using Twitch.

Acceptable use

Unlawful content, malware, attacks on accounts or infrastructure, and deliberate circumvention of access controls or usage limits are prohibited. The media library is for your widgets and must not be used as a general file hosting service. In cases of abuse, affected content may be removed or accounts suspended. You can report unlawful content using the contact address in the legal notice.

Operation and changes

We continue to develop the service and may adjust templates, features and technical limits. Uninterrupted availability or delivery of every event is not guaranteed. In particular, Twitch, your network and your streaming software may affect the output. Where possible, material changes to existing functionality will be announced in advance. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
