Chat highlight for your stream
A chat highlight puts a selected message in the spotlight. You choose in Live controls which question or reaction appears on stream.
Answer a viewer's question
Find a question in the chat inbox and show it while you answer. Afterwards, hide it or show the next message.
Select messages
Search up to 100 messages from the last ten minutes by name or content. A message is published only when you choose Show.
Set display duration
Highlights disappear after the set duration or when you hide them. Maximum visibility is 30 minutes.
Respect moderation
Received deletions, chat clears and removal of a user's messages also remove affected highlights.
Requirements
A verified account, a connected Twitch channel with chat permission and a browser source.
The widget and all three templates are free. An account includes up to 20 widgets and 100 MB of media storage.

For chat highlights, grant additional chat access under Connections. Existing alerts do not need this permission.
Are messages displayed automatically?
No. Only a message you explicitly select appears in your output. Messages are displayed as text; emote codes remain text in this version.
